Quality control:
We have plenty of testing instruments and perform strict quality control system during the production process,including groove check,hole check,pitch inspection,preheat temperature checking,steel component's dimension inspection, paint film thickness check. And pre-loading quality supervision is done to make sure steel structure components meet quality requirement.
1.What's the quality grade of the steel structure components? Reply:Grade Q345B is used for the main steel structure frame,Q235B is used for the secondary steel structure components. |
2.How about the derust grade? Reply:For the main steel structure,the derust grade is ball blasting Sa 2.5,and manual derust St2.0 on secondary steel structure. |
3.How to install? Reply:We will supply with the detailed construction drawings as the construction munual to help you erect and install the building step by step.We can also send one engineer to the job site to hlep you if needed. |
4.What's the common type of the industrial building? Reply:Portal frame is widely used in the industrial workshop,office building,shopping mall and warehouse.Other types also can be designed and manufactured according to customers' need. |
5.How about the delivery time? Reply:Usually within 45-60 days after the order confirmed,also depends on the fabrication quality. |
6.Maintenance: Reply:Painting make-up need to be done after the frame installed,so the surface will stay more time. |
